Eastbound Severn River Bridge delays extended about 1.9 miles to Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard) at 5:10 p.m., shrinking to 0.5 mile at Exit 27 from 5:25 to 6:10 p.m. The Bay Bridge had no reported backups; peak trips were 13 minutes eastbound and 9 westbound. At 8:20 p.m., a debris-removal traffic drag affected all westbound lanes. At 12:47 a.m. and again at 9:30 p.m., the eastbound span was closed for roadwork, with one lane each way on the westbound span and its center lane closed as a buffer.
