30-39 mph wind warnings, brief westbound backup and lane disruptions
Wind warnings for sustained winds of 30-39 mph were reported between 12:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. A crash closed the eastbound right lane at 6:51 a.m., still closed at 7:20 a.m., without delays. At 11:35 a.m., a 0.6-mile westbound backup reached Exit 37 (Route 8), clearing by 11:50 a.m.; peak westbound travel was 11 minutes. A debris-removal traffic drag affected both eastbound lanes at 7:31 p.m., and a disabled vehicle closed the westbound center lane from 7:46 through 8:16 p.m. reports, without delays.
